The first years with a baby are often CHAOS.

But a few concrete tools can change everything...

It's not just you.

What babies need is mismatched with modern parenting culture (translation: parenting is even HARDER than it should be).

Myth: you need more gear, another app, or special coaching to "fix" your baby.

Reality: you just need simple tools backed by science and human history. I share hands-on skills to help you connect with baby while regaining your mobility and freedom.

The result: Connected Baby. Confident, Calm Parent.

Why me? I've spent the past decade studying parenting on 4 continents, earning my PhD in developmental psychology, teaching over 2,000 parents and professionals how to wear their baby safely, and feeding my own baby on-the-go around the world.

Now settled in Vancouver, I launched Nova Babies to use my experience to support local families in feeling more confident and connected to their baby.

Why "nova"? Nova means bright and new. While babies are new, those first years are often anything but bright. I want to change that.

In partnership for brighter beginnings,

- Emily

In the meantime, you might like my weekly myth-busting newsletter to reframe how we think about babies. Each Monday I write a 3-minute email to reframe a core assumption that society has about babies - from babies being "spoiled" because they need to be held, to sleeping through the night as something we need to "train"...

P.S. you'll also get a code for 50% off your first session with me - no expiration date! - if you ever decide you'd like some hands-on support from someone who has been there with the struggles of constant breastfeeding and living life with a very demanding baby!
